Let us take an example, if the sky scrapper goes below the fold, then the probability of viewing such advertisement drastically falls down, as most of the visitors visit the top of the pages, which is visible without scrolling.

Again a link unit, somewhere below or above the header can be highly effective as these ads draw the attention of the visitors.

What is the use of blame shifting when we get hardly any scope to criticize the integrity of Google? Better lets look at our pitfalls and try to patch it up immediately.
